Public Holidays

The following days have been declared public holidays by the Victorian Government.

Labour Day - Monday 8 March
Good Friday - Friday 2 April
Easter Saturday - Saturday 3 April
Easter Monday - Monday 5 April
Anzac Day Monday - 26 April (substitute)
Queens Birthday - Monday 14 June

Business owners need to be aware of the implications of these days, including restricted trading days for Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Anzac Day.

The Shepparton Chamber of Commmerce and Industry will be hosting the 2009 Powrcor 95 3SR FM Business and Services Excellence Awards. These awards are intended to showcase and celebrate the amazing diversity of business within the Greater Shepparton Business Community.

Industry Skills Advisers have been established by the Victorian Government to assist small-to-medium enterprises to upgrade the skills of their workforce and fill skills gaps.
