Urban Design Framework - Shepparton North and South Business Areas July 2006
The purpose of the project is to develop design guidelines that will provide a clear and consistent approach for future developments in the designated business areas along the Goulburn Valley Highway in Shepparton.
The frameworks have been prepared in consultation with the local community to assist developers, designers, planners and residents apply good urban design principles to the future development of the business zones along Wyndham Street, Welsford Street and Sobraon Street.
