Murchison ODP and DCP

Greater Shepparton City Council engaged a study team led by Chris Smith and Associates in February 2008 to prepare an outline development plan and a development contributions plan for the Murchison North and South growth areas.

Extensive consultation with the key stakeholders was undertaken, including a community workshop held on 8 April 2008. The comments received from the consultations have been incorporated as appropriate into the draft ODP and DCP. The draft ODP and DCP provides the community and other key stakeholders with an opportunity to comment before it is finalised and adopted by the Council.
