Greater Shepparton, Campaspe and Moira Shires Rural Strategy

Shire of Campaspe, Moira Shire Council, and Greater Shepparton City Council have developed a draft Rural Regional Land Use Strategy.

The final draft RRLUS has been prepared by Parsons Brinkerhoff, in conjunction with RM Consulting on behalf of the three Councils. A copy of the final draft RRLUS is contained below. 

A copy of the bridging report which was prepared in August 2009 is also available below.

A summary of the RRLUS is also contained in Information Bulletin #2 below. The previous Information Bulletin #1 is also included below. A list of frequently asked questions are also included below.

The document shall be available for download from the links below and in hardcopy at the Council office in Welsford Street Shepparton and Shepparton, Tatura and Mooroopna Libraries over this period. CD copies are available free of charge.

This strategy has not been adopted by Council.
