Shepparton North East Growth Corridor
Greater Shepparton City Council has been working with AECOM Australia to produce a Structure Plan and Development Contributions Plan for future residential development of the area known as the Shepparton North East Growth Corridor.
As shown on the study area plan (available below), the corridor is bounded by Ford Road to the north, Grahamvale Road to the east, Verney Road to the west and the existing residential and industrial areas to the south.
A consultation draft of the Structure Plan which illustrates a proposed layout for the corridor including roads, parks, drainage and land use has been prepared and is available from the link below.
Please note that this plan is yet to be adopted by the Council and therefore will not be the final version of the Structure Plan.
