Shepparton South East Growth Corridor Structure Plan and Development Contributions Plan
The aim of this project is to facilitate the growth of the Shepparton South East Growth Corridor (SSEGC) as one of four key residential growth corridors in the Shepparton-Mooroopna urban area.
The Greater Shepparton City Council has appointed Hansen Partnership Ltd to prepare a Structure Plan and Development Contributions Plan for the Shepparton South East Growth Corridor (SSEGC). The study area has been identified as one of four key growth areas for Shepparton and Mooroopna in the Greater Shepparton 2030 Strategy Plan.
The aim of this project is to facilitate the growth of the Shepparton South East Growth Corridor (SSEGC) as one of four key residential growth corridors in the Shepparton-Mooroopna urban area.
Background and information sessions were held on March 4 2009. A series of background reports have been produced which provide more information for the project. These reports cover such areas as population and housing, transport, recreation and open space and housing. These are found below
An "Enquiry by Design" workshop was held on Thursday 23 and Friday 24 July 2009. Bulletin #2 and the "Enquiry by Design Agenda" below provide for more information.
A draft concept plan for the study area was produced at the workshop and is available below.
