Regional Rural Land Use Strategy - Panel Hearings
The Panel appointed to hear submissions to Amendment C121 to the Greater Shepparton Planning Scheme, Amendment C69 to the Campaspe Planning Scheme and C51 to the Moira Planning Scheme has directed that certain material be made available to the public.
NOTE: Following legal advice, the casebooks will not be available online. The casebooks are available for inspection at each of the Council offices.
The documentation is available in hard copy for perusal at the offices of each Council or from the weblinks below.
