Best Value
Best Value Reviews are conducted to complement other Council documents
Greater Shepparton has developed a Best Value Review program which identifies all Council service areas and indicates when respective reviews will be undertaken.
All Best Value Reviews reference and complement the intent of the Council Plan and other related strategic documents such as the Greater Shepparton Public Health Plan and the Municipal Strategic Statement.
The program is reassessed annually and adjusted where appropriate, in relation to particular circumstances.
Each Best Value Review is supported by a detailed report which, following endorsement by the Best Value Review Team, will be presented to the Executive Management Team and Council for consideration and subsequently, made available for public inspection.
