The implementation of the projects identified to upgrade the Goulburn Valley Highway, in particular the duplication of the Arcadia section of the highway, the bypasses of Nagambie and Shepparton, and the Strathmerton deviation are strongly supported by the Greater Shepparton City Council.
GV Link, a freight and logistics centre, will be built on 331 hectares at 250 Toolamba Road, two kilometres south of the Midland Highway in Mooroopna and will consist of an intermodal terminal and general freight area.
Greater Shepparton City Council is working with the Katandra community to investigate the possibility of building the Katandra West Community Centre. Information on the current status of the project can be found below.
