Executive Manager Organisational Performance - Russell Parker
Russell went to school in Shepparton, prior to joining the Australian Army in 1980.
In 2002, Russell returned to Shepparton and worked in real estate for two years, before joining Greater Shepparton City Council in April 2004.
In July 2009 he successfully applied for his current position as Executive Manager Organisational Performance.
Russell is responsible for the following areas of Council:
- Governance
- Communications and Community Engagement
- Human Resources
- Organisational development
- Executive support
