Council's organisational structure
The Council's organisational structure is put in place by the Chief Executive Officer.
Legislation requires the Council to have an organisational structure and adequate staff in place to effectively manage its operations in accordance with the Council Plan.
The existing organisational structure is based on functional activity and common objectives in order to meet the community's needs, provide quality and efficient services, support the stimulation and strengthening of the local economy, and provide the most efficient and effective administration for the operation.
