17 Apr — Established plane trees on the corner of High and Corio Streets in Shepparton have been deliberately poisoned in an act of vandalism that Greater Shepparton City Council describes as disgusting.  
ANZAC Commemorative Naming Project
17 Apr — The ANZAC Commemorative Naming Project has been launched by the Victorian Government and recognises the 100 year anniversary of the first ANZAC landings at Gallipoli in 1915.  
16 Apr — Greater Shepparton City Council voted to postpone further development of the GV Link site until an investor is secured or funding for the Shepparton bypass is announced.  
16 Apr — At its meeting on 15 April, Greater Shepparton City Council resolved to extend the deadline to make submissions into the 'intent to close Andrew fairley Avenue.'  
16 Apr — Greater Shepparton City Council is offering small equipment grants of up to $2000 to sporting clubs.

9 Apr — Greater Shepparton City Council recently organised a competition for residents who pay for their animal registrations before the 31st March to go into the draw to win a $100 voucher from local pet store suppliers, with five to be won.  
8 Apr — Greater Shepparton City Council’s April meeting will be held in Mooroopna on Tuesday 15 April. The meeting will be held at the Mooroopna Hub, 23 Alexandra Street, Mooroopna from 5.30pm and all members of the public are welcome to attend.  
Andrew Fairley Avenue proposed road closure
