Entries now open for GV Voice 2008

Word and Mouth has launched its annual vocal competition GV Voice for 2008.

Word and Mouth Event Coordinator Tanya Bowen encourages all young singers from across the Goulburn Valley to enter.

"This event just keeps getting bigger and better," Ms Bowen said.

"The GV Voice first prize this year has been sponsored by the Goulburn Murray Local Learning and Employment Network, which means we have been able to increase the winning prize to $2,500

"Word and Mouth is looking forward to the return of talented previous entrants, as well as some fresh new faces to keep the competition exciting."

The GV Voice competition is open to young singers from the Goulburn Valley aged 12 to 25 years old.

Entries close 5.00pm Friday 25 July 2008.

Entry forms are now available and can be downloaded from www.wordandmouth.com.au, or collected from the Greater Shepparton City Council office in Welsford Street Shepparton.
