Greater Shepparton City Council is holding a Victoria Park Lake Community Information Day and providing information tours at the lake on Sunday 4 October from 11.00am – 2.00pm.
"The open day will give people a chance to hear about the redevelopment works progress to date and future works to come.
"Council staff will be giving tours around the edge of the lake explaining different aspects of the redevelopment.
"The day will be a great opportunity for the public to ask questions of the Council.
"People can drop in anytime between 11.00am-2.00pm and will find Council officers, Councillors and representatives of the Lake User Groups present."
Tours will be starting from the grass area (known as Con Palling reserve) near the barbecue shelter close the island in the southeast corner.
