Waste Services over Easter

Greater Shepparton City Council wishes to advise residents of the following changes to waste collection during the Easter period.
Kerbside Collections
Kerbside waste, recycling and organics collection service collection days will be changed during the Easter period as follows:
Friday 2 April 2010 (Good Friday) will be collected on Saturday 3 April 2010.
Please also note that collections on this day will commence one hour earlier. Please ensure your bins are placed out for collection on the night before.
Normal collections will resume on Monday 5 April 2010.

Please note the Council is closed for the Easter period from 5.00pm on Thursday 1 April 2010 until 8.15am on Tuesday 6 April 2010.

Transfer Station/Landfill Opening Times
The Shepparton Transfer Station located in Wanganui Rd will close on Thursday 1 April at 4.30pm and will re-open on Saturday 3 April at 8.00am.
The Cosgrove Landfill will be closed on Friday 2 April (Good Friday) and reopen on Saturday 3 April 2010.
