Flood level overlay maps
Council, together with the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority have prepared maps that show affected houses at various flood levels. Maps show how individual properties may be affected in different flood scenarios.
On the maps available for download below, the Broken/Sevens Dominated Flood Inundation map should be used by all residents upstream of the Broken River and Sevens Creek. All other residents of Shepparton and Mooroopna should refer to the Goulburn Dominated Flood Inundation Map.
The maps have been prepared based on peak levels of 11.6 metres on the Broken/Sevens and 11.3 metres on the Goulburn. In a flood event, please check the Bureau of Meteorology website for the latest river level information.
Please note: These maps are design events and localised flooding may be different.
