Applications for Funding
Through the variety of events and festivals, Shepparton Show Me encourages the celebration of diversity and vibrancy of the town, while making an important financial contribution to the area. The vision of Shepparton Show Me is to create a vibrant thriving town, providing opportunities to visitors and the greater community to experience Shepparton at its best.
Please make sure that you read the Application for Funding Guidelines before submitting your application. It is imperative that you fill in the application form and address each question. If you need to write more information, please attached a seperate document to your application. The Acquittal Form must also be completed six weeks after the completion of the event. Please note: there are two opportunities during the financial year to have your applications assessed. No late applications will be accepted. The process for Shepparton Show Me sponsorship:
1. Read the Application for Funding Guidelines
2. Read the Sponsorship Agreement
3. Fill in the Sponsorship Application form
4. Wait to hear from the Shepparton Show Me committee to see if your application was successful
5. If successful meet with the Retail Coordinator to go through the Sponsorship Agreement and Shepparton Show Me's expectations
6. Invoice Shepparton Show Me for 25% of the agreed Sponsorship amount
7. Submit a monthly report detailing how the lead up to your event is going
8. Hold your very successful event!
9. Submit a formal Acquittal Report with 10 high resolution photos
10. Once we have recieved the final Acquittal Report we will pay the final 75% of Sponsorship

The Shepparton Show Me Event Sponsorship program has been developed to provide financial support to organisations wanting to stage festivals, events and activities in line with the objectives of the Shepparton Show Me Committee. The Sponsorship Agreement was designed to give applicants formal guidelines as to Shepparton Show Me expectations and the level of involvement once sponsorship is granted.
The Monthly Report gives the Shepparton Show Me committee a way to track the evolvement of your event or festival.
The Acquittal Report must be completed and returned to Shepparton Show Me six weeks after the completion of the event, with all relevent information attached.
Shepparton Show Me has developed animated icons that are to be used in all advertising, media releases and sponsorship promotions.
