Dawn Taylor
Dawn Taylor is the President of the Shepparton Chamber of Commerce and Industry and their represetative on the Show Me Committee. Dawn and her husband have operated Liberty Kitchens in Williams Road since 1989.
Her involvement in the Shepparton Chamber of Commerce and Industry has allowed Dawn to gain a unqiue insight into other business sectors and build relationships with the Greater Shepparton City Council. The transition from employee to employer has been challenging and rewarding and has helped to provide her employees with a happy and fun working environment.
Coming from the industry sector as opposed to the retail sector, Dawn is able to view things from many angles. She has spent a considerable amount of time training in quality control and marketing, bringing different skills to the Show Me Committee. Her extensive travel overseas has also provided Dawn with new business ideas and how these can be utilised in Shepparton.
Dawn and her husband Lyle have always lived in Shepparton and raised three sons, who all attended Shepparton High School. They are a close knit family and enjoy getting together as much as possible. Passionate about Shepparton, Dawn wants everyone who lives here to be proud of their town and its achievements and she belives that Shepparton Show Me is one way to let the locals know how great it really is.
